Our Roofing Replacement Process

  • Contact Us – fill out the form on our website, give us a call or text, and we can either set up a time to come meet with you or immediately organize an estimate. We support whatever you prefer.


  • The Estimate – we'll take photos of your house. We then use state-of-the-art digital technology to stitch the photos together, create a full 3D image of your roof, and email you a full estimate within a couple of days. 

  • Estimate Review – this is where you compare our estimate with all the other companies you’ve contacted and realize we present the most value. We encourage you to read our reviews and explore our website, and we’re sure you will feel the same. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our estimate.

  • Sign the Contract– email or text us a photo of your signed estimate with the shingle color you’ve selected from our website and send us a check to cover half the final estimate. The final half is due the day we complete your roof. Sit back and let us take care of the rest. Soon you will have a roof that will be the envy of your neighbors.


  • Job Scheduled – we will contact you to let you know when your roof will be done and the roofing materials will arrive. Don’t worry, you won’t have to store the materials for weeks. Most of our jobs have the material arrive just the day before. 

  • Day Before – our crews do their best to make sure all your property is taken care of, but for a few hours your outside will be a construction site. For any special plants or garden features near the house, please cover with a sheet or tarp so we know to take extra care around them.


  • Job Day – the big day has arrived!! One of our professional crews will arrive and start laying down the tarp, setting up ladders, removing your old roof, and installing your brand-new eye-catching shingled roof. At the end of the day, you'll have a new roof, and your house will be like we were never there. Please send a check for the balance remaining.

  • After the Job – we’ll contact you the next day to ask how the roof looks and talk through your experience. Please share with us any questions or concerns you have, and we’ll do whatever we can to address them.

  • Finished – your roof is now brand new, the talk of the town, and you are one happy customer. That is our mission, so we will do our best to make this the smoothest and most professional job you have ever had. Remember, your new roof is fully backed by a warranty. Any problems in the future, call us and we’ll take care of them.
